What data do we process?
Only the text you enter into the tool — flight details and your name for the letter. Nothing is stored: the text is forwarded for AI processing and not retained afterwards.
Why?
To draft the claim letter. Legal basis: performance of a service you requested (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
Who processes your data?
- OpenRouter processes your text for the AI step. Your text is not used for training. See their privacy policy.
- Plausible Analytics (cookie-free, EU server) counts visitor numbers. No personal data is processed.
Retention
We store no personal data. Your input is not logged or retained.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Since we store nothing, there is in practice no data to access. Questions? Ko-fi.
Supervisory authority
You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP).
